How does an on-site chef dinner work?
We arrive three hours early with equipment and ingredients, cook each course fresh in your kitchen, serve with pairings, and reset everything before leaving.
Can the menu surprise the guest of honor?
Our favorite brief. Plan with us in secret — we confirm diets discreetly and reveal the menu at the table.
Do you bring wine?
We recommend pairings per course and can source through our retail partners, or pour from your own cellar with a service plan.
What about small apartments?
Ten guests around one table is our happiest format — compact kitchens just need a walkthrough first.
