From First Tasting to Final Toast: Our Event Planning Process

From the first consultation to the final toast, here is how our planners turn your idea into a flawlessly catered event.

Every memorable event we cater begins the same way: with a conversation. Before we talk menus, we talk about you — the reason you are gathering, the people you are gathering, and the feeling you want them to carry home. That first consultation shapes everything that follows.

Start with the story, not the menu

A product launch, a fiftieth birthday, a wedding for two hundred — each one has its own rhythm. We ask about the venue, the schedule, the guests of honor, and the moments that matter most. A couple who met over street tacos gets a different menu than a firm hosting its board, and that is exactly how it should be.

Taste, refine, repeat

Once the direction is set, our kitchen prepares a tasting built around your event. You sit with our planners, try the dishes, and tell us what sings and what needs work. Most menus go through two or three revisions — portion sizes, dietary needs, late-night snacks, the cake-cutting plan — until every course earns its place.

Walk the room before the day

A week before the event we walk the venue with you: where the buffet lands, how the bar flows, when the kitchen fires each course. On the day itself, our coordinators run that plan quietly in the background while you stay exactly where you belong — with your guests.

From the first call to the final toast, one team owns your event end to end. That continuity is why our weddings run on time, our corporate dinners feel effortless, and our clients come back for every milestone after.
